Explanation of Costs – Food and Room costs are about $135/day. Skills workshops, beer and wine bring the price to about $750/week/person. We pay this price even when someone doesn't attend. This is a sorry use of limited funds. To decrease expenditures on no shows, we are trying a two-step program. Everyone pays a $250 deposit. $150 of that is for actual expenses (not refundable) and $100 will be returned once you attend the retreat. The retreat week costs more than we calculated in our budget and any extra money will be used for future retreats.

If $150 is enough of a financial burden that you will not be able to attend, please contact either of the PI's.
